a return to self journey

 our story

With over 18 years of experience in physiotherapy, Bianca is passionate about enhancing quality of life through an integrative approach to health and well-being.

Her professional background includes postgraduate specialisations in Advanced Clinical Reasoning for Pain Management and Integrative Medicine and Biophysics, alongside extensive experience in Pilates, and rehabilitation across hospitals, clinics, gyms, Spas and Pilates studios in Brazil and Australia.

Having lived in Australia for the past eight years, Bianca has expanded her expertise through international education, including a Diploma in Sport and Fitness and certifications in Manual Therapy. Her professional journey has introduced her to diverse therapeutic traditions and techniques inspired by ancient healing practices from Thailand, China, and Japan.

Driven by a continuous desire to learn and evolve, Bianca integrates different therapeutic perspectives to support a more comprehensive understanding of health, recognising the connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being. Her passion extends beyond physical health. She believes that taking time to reconnect with ourselves is an essential part of living a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

Petra has been sharing the practice of yoga since 2011, guided by a deep passion for the body's innate wisdom and the stories it holds. Her work is rooted in the belief that the body is not simply something to move or strengthen, but a place of listening, feeling, remembering and reconnecting.

Her approach weaves together yoga, somatic movement and practices that support nervous system regulation, alongside an ongoing interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, family constellations and somatic constellation work. Drawn to the relationship between our physical, emotional and energetic experiences, Petra is continually exploring the ways we can deepen our connection with ourselves through movement, breath, stillness and awareness.

With a gentle and intuitive approach, she creates spaces that invite people to slow down, soften and meet themselves with curiosity and compassion, allowing the wisdom of the body to guide the way back to a deeper sense of connection and wholeness.
