The Lateral Line runs along the sides of the body and plays a key role in posture, hip stability, walking mechanics, breathing, and side-to-side balance. This class targets tension along the outer legs, hips, ribs, shoulders, and neck to restore support, ease, and upright alignment.
Beneficial for: hip or knee instability, rib tightness, neck tension, uneven posture, and balance challenges.
Each class includes a brief introduction to the focus, fascia line, and related meridian, followed by an 80-minute practice. Yoga props are provided. Booking is essential. Spaces are limited.
