The Art of Receiving
A Restorative Yoga Journey Into Deep Rest & Inner Restoration
Saturday 5th of September ~ 2pm to 430pm
Do you feel the quiet pull to turn inward?
To slow down, soften the edges, and create space to truly listen?
This is an invitation to pause.
For 2.5 hours, we will step away from the momentum of doing and enter the quiet landscape of being, a space to rest, receive and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Through the gentle practice of Restorative Yoga, supported by props and held in stillness, we create the conditions for the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Nothing to force.
Nowhere else you need to be.
Instead, we will explore the art of receiving, allowing the breath to move naturally, feeling the steady rhythm of the heart, listening to the subtle language of the body, and becoming intimate with the present moment.
Restorative Yoga is an invitation to release the constant pull of doing, rushing, worrying and achieving, and to remember that rest is not something we need to earn.
It is a return.
A return to the body.
A return to the breath.
A return to stillness.
A return to yourself.
Come and settle into a slower rhythm, where you can be held, supported and nourished by the simple medicine of deep rest.
